For a full refund/credit cancellations must be made 21 or more working days before the event. Substitutions may be made up to 21 working days before the event date without additional charge. Transfers made within 20 working days of the event must be agreed with CCTC. You may only transfer registrations twice before a further full booking fee is payable. CCTC Ltd reserves the right to alter any part of the published programme and any related arrangements such as accommodation if this is made necessary by circumstances outside our control. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the programme and any arrangements as altered remain comparable with the published format.
